Some legal definitions
“Personal data” means all information about a natural person (such as name, e-mail address, address, telephone number, image or date of birth) which directly or indirectly may be used to identify the natural person.
“Special categories of personal data” or “sensitive data” means personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation.
“Data Protection Legislation” means the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679), GDPR or legislation on national or EU-level that complements GDPR.
“Data controller” means the organization that decides the purpose and means of the processing. As the data controller, Zynapp is responsible for that the processing of your Personal data is conducted in accordance with applicable Data Protection Legislation.
“Data processor” means the organization that process data on behalf of the data controller, but has no control over the means and purposes of the processing. The Data processor is also responsible for that the processing of your Personal data is conducted in accordance with applicable Data Protection Legislation.
“Data subject” means the living and breathing human being regarding whom personal data is being processed.
“Data Protection Authority” means the national authority which is responsible for supervising compliance with the GDPR. Since Zynapp is a Swedish company, Datainspektionen is the Data Protection Authority, DPA, that supervises us.
